These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order, the customer declares that they are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity, and expressly accepts these terms without reservation.

2. Products and availability
The products offered are described as accurately as possible. Images are indicative and may differ slightly from the actual product. Offers are subject to stock availability; if a product becomes unavailable after purchase, the customer will be informed and refunded.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in the indicated currency and include applicable taxes (VAT) where relevant. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed before checkout. The seller may change prices at any time; the price applicable to an order is the one in force at the moment of confirmation.
4. Ordering process
The customer selects the products, reviews the order summary, accepts these terms and pays. The contract is formed upon order confirmation, which is sent by e-mail. We keep an electronic record of the contract.
5. Payment methods
The payment methods shown at checkout are accepted. Transactions are processed through secure gateways; the seller does not store full payment-card details.
6. Shipping and delivery
Standard delivery takes 5 to 10 calendar days from payment confirmation, depending on destination and carrier. A tracking number is provided. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The direct cost of returning the item is borne by the customer. Full conditions are set out in Shipping & Returns.
8. Legal guarantee
All products carry the statutory guarantee of conformity provided by applicable law, lasting 3 years from delivery for goods. The customer must report any lack of conformity and may, as appropriate, request repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
9. Liability
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity as provided by law. It is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the products or from force majeure. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the rights granted to consumers by law.
10. Intellectual property
The site's contents are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights and may not be used without authorisation.
