Shipping
We prepare your order within 24 to 48 working hours after payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 5 to 10 calendar days, depending on the destination and the carrier. In every case we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel online.
Shipping fees are calculated according to the destination and are shown clearly before you complete your purchase. Every order is packed with the utmost care to protect your items in transit.
Returns & right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable consumer protection law, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase, without having to give any reason and without penalty.
How to request a return: notify us of your decision before the 14-day period ends, through our contact form or by e-mail, quoting your order number. Once you have notified us, you will have a further 14 calendar days to send the product back to us.
Condition of the product: items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the product shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to check its characteristics.
Return shipping costs: the direct cost of returning the item is borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as you remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
Refund: once we have received and inspected the product, we will refund the amount paid, including the standard delivery cost of the original order (any extra cost resulting from choosing a delivery option other than our cheapest standard option is excluded). The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you provide proof that they have been sent back.
Exceptions: as provided by law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or made-to-order products, or to items that have been unsealed after delivery for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
